SUMMER CACAO CEREMONY
You are warmly invited to join for a Cacao Ceremony with Rósa María Stefánsdóttir, Wednesday July 22nd at 7:30 PM
Doors open at 6:30 PM.
Rósa María of Heart’s Tones (Hjartans Tónar), together with multidisciplinary artists Stefán Elí and Esha Fae, and essential oil enthusiast Sigrún Ágústa, invite you to spend a nourishing evening with them at Deiglan.
They will serve ceremonial cacao (with tea available for those who prefer it), and the evening will weave together meditation, conscious breathing, singing, magical and healing soundscapes, gentle free-flow movement, and deep relaxation.
We will also be sharing pure essential oils to deepen and enrich the experience.
This is an opportunity to simply be, to feel, to listen, and to receive. A space to nurture yourself, reconnect with your inner wisdom, and welcome inspiration, energy, strength, release, rest, and stillness.
Before the ceremony, they will host a small marketplace featuring beautiful handcrafted treasures from around the world, along with an introduction to pure essential oils.
We encourage you to arrive early, take your time exploring, connect with others, and enjoy the atmosphere before we gently transition into a quieter, more inward space. After the ceremony, there will once again be time to browse the market, learn more about the oils, and enjoy conversation together.

* A light stomach (it’s recommended not to eat a heavy meal beforehand)
* Your own mug for cacao or tea
* A water bottle
