Dylan Anderson is a New York City lens-based artist who primarily makes analog photographs. His images explore temporal notions of connection through portrait and still-life representations of intimate and mundane subject matter. The Gil Artist Residency is Dylan’s first residency. His exhibition on the 27th through the 29th of December will feature past work in dialogue with new ideas and materials he’s currently exploring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dylan received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography at Parsons School of Design in 2023. His project ‘Warm Vicinity’ was awarded a shortlist for the Landskrona Foto Residency in collaboration with PhMuseum’s 2023 Photography Grant. Dylan has shown photographs at Salmagundi Art Club & Parsons School of Design, both in New York City. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
